HOMEMADE PUNJABI SAMOSA (G)
Handmade Punjabi samosas with a flaky crust and a fragrant filling of potatoes, peas seasonal vegetables, and warming spices, served with red onion chutney and tamarind sauce.
TRADITIONAL MIXED CHICKEN SHORBAT
A smooth, slow-simmered soup of lentils cooked in a delicate chicken stew, gently seasoned with cumin and black pepper, finished with EIC chef’s special tarka oil with a touch of fresh lemon juice and served with Asian ginger.
TANDOORI SPICED SCALLOPS (GF) (DF)
Scottish scallops marinated in a blend of homemade spices and traditional tandoori spices. Served with a brown crab sauce and rocket salad.
LEMON DUCK TIKKA (GF) (D)
Tender duck breast marinated with fresh lemon, yogurt, and aromatic spices served with green peas and pepper chat, almond, watercress sustainable chutney.

Mains are served with Afghani Pilaf, Paratha, Khacumber and Tomato chutney to share for the table.

14-day matured Cotswold Lamb, EIC mix masala, hung curd, raisins and sultanas, Bhuna lentils.
JAGGERY RICE PUDDING (GF) (DF)
A classical Bengali red sticky rice slow-cooked in creamy coconut milk and naturally sweetened with pure date palm jaggery and freshly desiccated coconut, deliberately infused with cardamom and served with Vanilla ice-cream.
